Court Statistics Project Publications

The Court Statistics Project (CSP) seeks to make state court caseload statistics accessible and understandable to justice system practitioners, policy makers, academics, the mass media, and members of the public. The goal of this work is to make the work of the state courts transparent and well understood. To this end, CSP publishes these data and analyses in a variety of formats.
